From a welcoming coffeehouse to a vibrant student center, from community gatherings to shared meals, this space will become part of the rhythm of our town.

It will come to life around tables—over rich, handcrafted coffee, refreshing drinks, and fresh-from-the-oven baked goods. Warm cookies, flaky pastries, simple moments that turn into something more.
